RETURN POLICY

RIGHT TO RETURN

Right to return a product does not include custom-made equipment, used equipment, opened fluids or chemical products. The product and package should be in similar condition as it was at the time of sale. the Returned product must be unused and in sales condition.

RETURN NOTIFICATION

If the product did not meet your expectations or you want to return the device for some other reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To use your right to return a device or the whole order we ask you to inform us about your decision by email to mail@diter.com.
We also accept completed return form as a return notice once it has been attached to the returned product.

REFUND POLICY

You have the right to change or return the whole order or part of it without extra charge. The returned or changed products must be in their original packaging and in sales condition. Sales condition means that the product is unused, clean, and unbroken. The returned product must be packed in its original delivery package. Please include the filled return form. If you are not able to print the form, please include a written description with your contact details, order number, and the product numbers of the returned products.

Price of the returned order will be compensated to the customer as soon as possible after receiving the return delivery. We do not compensate delivery/shipping costs related to the return shipment. Please note the return orders will usually take a significantly longer time to arrive than normal deliveries. 

If you have ordered a package to pick up from Diter Oy (Kaarina, Finland), you must return the shipment to Posti or Matkahuolto. Please follow the instructions above. The shipment can also be brought to Diter in person but please agree on this by email in advance.

NOT PICKING UP THE SHIPMENT IS NOT A RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

Please note that not picking up the order is not considered a return delivery. We will charge extra 21 euros processing fee for all deliveries that are not picked up within their set time-frame. If you choose not to pick up your order, please contact our customer service by email. Your email is considered as a return notice and no extra fee will be charged.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you want to change a product to another one, please attach a completed return form to your return shipment that tells to which product you want to change the returned one. Note! Exchange is only possible for another product of the same price.

Returns take about a couple of weeks to process. If you know you want to get a new product as fast as possible, we recommend that you place a new order. If the price of a new product is now more expensive than with your original order, please send a message to our customer service and explain the situation, and we will change the price of the new product to the original. You can then simply make a return for the inappropriate product.

PRODUCTS BROKEN DURING TRANSPORT

Take an insurance for the device for possible damage or disappearance during delivery.
Diter Oy is not responsible for any breakage during transport or loss of the shipment.

Unfortunately sometimes packages and products get broken during the delivery despite careful packaging. If the product was injured during the delivery, snap a photo of the product and the package and send them to us via email (mail@diter.com). This will allow us to file a claim for shipping damage and get a replacement product as soon as possible. Always keep a damaged transport container.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

Please check your order's correctness and condition always before taking it into use. If there is manufacturing or material flaw in the product, please contact our customer service first so that we are able to process it the best way and are able to send a replacement product as soon as possible. Furthermore, if there are incorrect or extra products in the delivery, please contact our customer service as well.

COMPLAINTS

After you have received your order, please check the package and it's condition carefully. Contact us immediately if there is something missing or products are damaged. In all cases of warranty and repair, the seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The seller is not obligated to compensate for indirect damages. We do not compensate delivery/shipping cost related to complaints. You may contact us with all questions related to your order either by phone or by email.
