ORDERS

You may order our products from our webshop, via email, by phone or by visiting in the company in Kaarina (Hallimestarinkatu 19, Kaarina, Finland.

The seller reserves property rights to products until purchase price has been fully paid.

Order pickup and delivery

We use the PostNord freight service for our shipments. PostNord delivers parcels to the nearest pick-up point or to the address provided. Small orders can be mailed by letter.

  • The pick-up time will be agreed separately by email.

Delivery free of charge (Only in Finland)

  • Tilattujen tuotteiden yhteisarvo tulee olla yli 50 € sis. alv. 25,5%
  • For freight-free delivery, we use the MyPack service, in which case the order is delivered to the nearest pick-up point or machine.

  • Parcels weight up to 250 g

  • Max. height 3 cm

  • The package will be delivered to your home with normal letter mail. The delivery method is best suited for small orders, such as a few sticker electrode bags or small spare parts.

  • Parcels weighing up to 35 kg
  • Jakopaketti toimitetaan suoraan ilmoittamaasi toimitusosoitteeseen arkisin ennalta sovittuna aikana, toimitusaikaa erikseen sopimatta. Paketti jaetaan vain kerran, jonka jälkeen lähetys tulee noutaa itse Matkahuollosta.

MyPack palvelun hinta noutopisteeseen 12,00 € sis. alv 25,5% (VAIN SUOMESSA)

  • Parcels weighing up to 20 kg
  • MyPack parcels are delivered to Matkahuolto pick-up point located near to customer. The recipient receives a notice by text message, email or in mobile app when the parcel is available for collection. If the parcel is too large to fit in a locker it can be sent to nearest alternative delivery point.

International orders

We also deliver shipments abroad. Send the requested information by email to mail@diter.com and we will place the order for you. We choose the best way to deliver the product depending on the country, unless the customer has a request for a specific courier service. Delivery costs are added to the final price.

To place an order, we need the following information:

  • List of products (product codes and numbers from the website).
  • Exact billing and delivery address in the destination country.
  • Contact person's name and a local phone number in the country of delivery.
  • Email address where the invoice for the order should be sent.

Delivery time

In the delivery time, it must also be taken into account that Diter Oy uses advance payment.
The products are sent to the customer after the payment appears in the banking system. 

Note! There may be delays in sending invoices due to public holidays and vacation periods.

Small products will be delivered within about 1-3 working days of the payment of the order, if the goods are in stock.

Delivery time for device orders is 2–3 weeks. This does not include our resale devices and products.

If the delivery is delayed we will inform the customer as soon as possible via email or by phone.

Diter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord or other courier services.
