PostNord delivers parcels to the nearest pick-up point or to the address provided. The recipient receives a notice by text message, email or in mobile app when the parcel is available for collection. If the parcel is too large to fit in a locker it can be sent to nearest alternative delivery point.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>International orders<\/h4>\n<p>We also deliver shipments abroad. Send the requested information by email to mail@diter.com and we will place the order for you. We choose the best way to deliver the product depending on the country, unless the customer has a request for a specific courier service. Delivery costs are added to the final price.<\/p>\n<p>To place an order, we need the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>List of products (product codes and numbers from the website).<\/li>\n<li>Exact billing and delivery address in the destination country.<\/li>\n<li>Contact person's name and a local phone number in the country of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Email address where the invoice for the order should be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"height:0px;\"><\/div>\n\n<h3>Delivery time<\/h3>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.diter.com\/en\/maksutavat\/\">In the delivery time, it must also be taken into account that Diter Oy uses advance payment. <br \/>The products are sent to the customer after the payment appears in the banking system.&nbsp; <\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Note! There may be delays in sending invoices due to public holidays and vacation periods.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Small products will be delivered within about 1-3 working days of the payment of the order, if the goods are in stock.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery time for device orders is 2\u20133 weeks.
