This allows you to trace the moment when, for example, the accuracy of the device was last checked. By law, the equipment may only be installed, serviced and repaired by a person with the necessary professional skills and expertise. When you send an ultrasound device, include&nbsp;<b>treatment head(s)<\/b>in the shipment so that they can checked and calibrated at the same time with the ultrasound device.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><strong>Please fill and send the <span class=\"fancy-underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.diter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/DITER_huoltolahete_editable_2022.pdf\">maintenance form<\/a> <\/span>, which includes at least the following information, with the device<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Senders name<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Delivery and billing address<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Description of what kind of maintenance the device needs and a notification if price estimate is needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Short written description of possible problems with the device.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Information on when the device is needed back.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>POSTNORD RETURN DROP OFF<\/h3>\n<h4>It is possible to have a return drop off order for devices coming for maintenance.<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">If you want to send a device or accessories for maintenance, it is possible to use PostNord Return Drop Off service to return parcels. Pickup time varies by location.<br>For the Return Drop Off service, we need the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Contact persons name, phone number an e-mail address<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Pickup address<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Weight of the parcel<\/li>\n<li>Parcel's dimensions (height x width x depth)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">When the information is sent to us via e-mail, we will order the return drop off service for your shipment. We will send shipment papers to your e-mail address.<br>Print the consignment note and affix it to your parcel in that way that the barcode can be easily read.
